Teddy’s

Teddy Graves is a renowned pastry chef who spent his career at Michelin-starred restaurants. This is his first solo venture where he plans to use a fast casual dining model to offer bread, French style pastries, coffee, and lunch. The design pays homage to a classic French bakery while staying true to the New York City location. The space feels charming and relaxing while creating the efficiency needed in a fast casual restaurant.
